Written by Charles Norman Mason in 2020 for Laura Sherman, "Secoffee" is one movement of the four-movement work, "Coconut Grove Suite" for solo harp and soundscape. Secoffee is a street in the neighborhood of Coconut Grove where there are many peacocks throughout the year. The sounds of the neighborhood include baby and grown peacock calls, other bird calls, storms, rain and wind.
